Creating

A Course in Miracles distinguishes between creating and making. To create is to work with the Holy Spirit, and to extend its happy lessons of peace and love. Creation is abstract and always serves the purpose of ending separation. It has no form, being wholly concerned with content, which is always love, and always given to in response to the call for love. Only the innocent can create, because the innocent have remembered that they are extensions of God‘s Mind in creation, and they know that creation is what they are. Thus, creation is our shared function, always guiding us towards the perfection of communion and the recognition of our underlying oneness.
