Reality, or the real world, refers to the abstract perfection of Creation which exists apart from and is unaffected by separation. It is not perceived with the body but rather is known in the mind. As we practice A Course in Miracles, and become more skilled at hearing and listening only to the Holy Spirit, the light of the real world dawns in our mind. As the memory grows stronger, we give attention increasingly to it rather than to bodies and the world and their litany of seeming problems. Reality, knowledge, Heaven and oneness are largely synonymous in terms of indicating our home, return to which is our ultimate learning goal.
